Key Responsibilities
- Act as the payroll subject matter expert in implementing HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Payroll.
- Lead user acceptance testing, data migration, and user training to ensure a smooth transition to new payroll systems.

Compliance Expertise

BAU Payroll Support

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Payroll, HR, or Industrial Relations.
- End-to-end payroll processing expertise, including recent involvement in payroll system implementation or integration projects.
- A strong understanding of Australian industrial relations, including modern awards, enterprise agreements, taxation, and superannuation legislation.
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors is highly regarded, with demonstrated capabilities in UAT, data migration validation, and payroll reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a project environment.
