Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced specialist to improve payroll processes.

This role will focus on developing solutions to address risk and compliance issues within our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizing end-to-end payroll processes, identifying complex payroll process issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing end-to-end payroll processes
  • Identifying complex payroll process issues
  • Ensuring successful delivery of QA processes
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Remaining up-to-date with the payroll services system ecosystem (Kronos, SAP, Successfactors, UiPath)

Required skills include expertise in payroll and employee data management, leading continuous improvement activities using enterprise human capital management solutions, strong SAP payroll experience, and knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.

Candidates should have relevant experience and be prepared for a new challenge.
