Contract Management Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing contract and project documentation, ensuring compliance, and smooth delivery of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction contracts, compliance, and documentation processes. They should be able to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure that all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage head contracts and subcontract agreements
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and smooth delivery
  • Manage variations, progress claims, and project financials
  • Support the project team in achieving key milestones on time and within budget
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting across all stages of construction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction (detached or medium-density)
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, compliance, and documentation processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office
