As a result of recent project wins, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to work with a leading builder in Perth.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects from start to finish, leveraging your expertise to ensure efficiency and safety on site.

We are looking for a skilled CA who can:

  • Prepare detailed specifications and scope of works for contract execution; compare multiple quotes and make recommendations; and issue drawings as required.
  • Develop comprehensive budget forecasts and cash flow reports.
  • Support the Project Manager with project cost reporting and related activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need relevant tertiary education/qualification and a proven track record in a similar position within residential or commercial construction projects.

Experience working on large-scale residential projects valued between $10M and $40M is preferred.
