As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales targets, grow and promote our product range, and explore new business opportunities. You will be responsible for executing against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies, delivering against customer contact matrices, and driving value to our called-on universe of On Premise and Off Premise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, motivating, and developing a team of Territory Managers to achieve and exceed their monthly and annual financial objectives.
- Executing against Suntory's Category, Channel, and Customer strategies.
- Delivering against customer contact matrices and driving value to our called-on universe of On Premise and Off Premise customers.
- Growing new business in the On Premise channel.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand distribution, visibility, and share of brands to increase revenue.
- Leading the team to flawlessly execute key innovation and NPD initiatives in trade.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and industry associations.
- Coaching and providing timely feedback to team members on individual and team development objectives as well as career role progression.
- Championing Safety and ensuring everyone gets home safe every day.
- Championing and bringing to life by example Suntory's leadership spirits and behaviors.
What we're looking for:
We're seeking a strong leader with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have exceptional coaching skills, experience in leading and inspiring a team to deliver strong results, and a proven ability to manage targets, build new accounts, and navigate sales data into actionable insights. Experience within the Liquor industry is highly advantageous.
