Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team at Levi's Macquarie store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations;
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and drive store performance;
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives to drive sales and revenue;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions;
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and promotional activities;
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates who deliver exceptional customer service;
  3. Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets;
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
  5. Implement process improvements to optimize store operations and reduce costs;
  6. Maintain a positive and respectful working relationship with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions;
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.
