About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled State Sales Manager to join our team in NSW & ACT. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results in the licensed market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
