**Sales Support Role Opportunity**
An exciting chance exists for a Sales Support professional to join our organization, experiencing ongoing growth and expansion.
We are a leading provider of exceptional products, backed with high-end customer service, in Western Australia's mining sector. Our success lies in delivering unique products that meet customer needs.
Following our recent acquisition by an international company, we are seeking a Sales Support professional due to ongoing growth and current projections. It is an exciting time for the business with state-of-the-art systems and processes being implemented across the business to meet international standards.
The Sales Support professional will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for:
- Maintenance of product price files ensuring prices are accurate and up-to-date
- Managing work-in-process (WIP) and processing sales invoices for the service teams
- Processing purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciliations of monthly statements
- Administrative support to the sales team including Business Development Managers (BDMs) on the road
- Creating new product ranges in the system, establishing product costs, and sale prices for customer groups
- Maintenance of customer discount profiles to ensure correct pricing and billing
- Filing of completed sales dockets and invoices
- Reconciliations of creditor statements on a monthly basis
- Mobilisation support for internal staff members traveling to mine sites ensuring correct inductions and accreditations have been achieved
- Supporting the sales team to prepare documentation and presentation for sales meetings
- Ordering and managing office supplies, stationery, and sundry items
This is a hands-on role requiring strong administrative and general accounts skills. The role offers internal support to the sales team and supports the Accountant with overflow duties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product price files
