
Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive problem-solver to join our team as a Sales and Administration Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with sales order entry, quoting, and customer service.
- Entering and invoicing sales orders
- Credits and returns
- Entering prospects into our system
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries
- Sales order follow up
- Assisting with effective resolution of complaints and mistakes
- Quoting and following up accounts and prospects
- Assisting in purchasing when requested
This role involves handling customer service, sales order entry, and other administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include entering and invoicing sales orders, processing credits and returns, managing prospects, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Order Management: Enter and invoice sales orders, process credits and returns
- Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries, resolve complaints and issues
- Prospect Management: Enter prospects into our system, follow up on leads
- Purchasing Support: Assist in purchasing when requested
