**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to join our team in Welshpool WA 6106.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive fundamental administration processes for the fitting, machining and electroplating departments at Hardchrome Sales. This is much more than a data entry role, the service administrator is a key partner to the General Manager, workshop supervisors and various head-office departments. The position utilises commercial acumen, business process and data processing skills and complete financial to deliver accurateand service data records that can be utilised to examine business performance. Beyond this the service administrator will have the experience and insights needed to troubleshoot and fix process, commercial and administrative issues when needed, and hence will have a structured approach to problem solving and be able to work effectively with team members at all levels within the business, as well as important customers.
**Within this role, your responsibilities will include;**
- Engage directly with customers and gain an understanding of their needs.
- Raise jobs, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation in the company's separate financial and operational software systems
- Maintain service job records, timesheets, quality assurance data and documents
- Ensure cash and account sales are processed in accordance with company policy.
- Reconcile the company's separate financial and operational software systems to ensure they operate in unison
- Develop, produce and maintain a suite of management reports and interpret commercial data to identify trends, concerns and opportunities
- Promote business unit compliance with group policies and procedures and manage transactional and reporting requirements of head office and centralised shared services.
- Contribute to business efficiency and growth by undertaking projects as briefed by senior management
**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within an industrial workshop environment
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Very strong computer skills (including data analysis) together with strong administrative and data entry capabilities
- Acute attention to detail and a heightened sense of pride in your workmanship
- The ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
- Valid Australian driver's license.
