Key Responsibilities- Provide expert specialist advice and consultation on HR/ER/IR matters in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a partner to customer groups and employees by providing an efficient, integrated, and consistent service.
- Provide expert advice and support during culture and engagement related initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders and departments across the organization.
- Maintain and assess the work health and safety manual, procedures, risk assessments, and business compliance.
- Build and enhance people capability and support the implementation of HR strategy and policy.
- Organize and participate in biannual internal audits with published results to the team.
We are seeking a natural leader who can guide and educate managers and key stakeholders in all People & Culture policies and processes. You will partner with the business to resolve employee relations disputes and identify potential people issues before they arise, ensuring your people are well supported and engaged.
