We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in executing key HR projects within specified timelines.

As a change agent, you will actively support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in managing and implementing people and transformation strategies throughout the organisation via various projects. You will also oversee the implementation and review of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft a long-term Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the region and implement initiatives across the region in conjunction with Director HR & HRBP team
  • Review and update HR policies for staff communication plan to increase awareness on existing policies
  • Develop and implement project plans for creation of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create an employee ambassador group and focus groups to collect information and collaborate on an EVP
  • Analyse existing processes and integrate them through a common platform to create a positive experience for new starters using available tools and technology
  • Organise and execute staff engagement activities based on the annual/m monthly engagement calendar along with and in conjunction with HRBP team and OH&S manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role
  • A high level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office (including advanced level skills in Excel and Outlook)
  • Proven experience in managing change
  • Proven ability in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • An understanding of relevant employment legislation would be advantageous
