Expert CRM Solution Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CRM Solution Architect to lead the development of our customer relationship management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement CRM solutions, workflows, and customizations based on business requirements.
  • Integrate the CRM with other enterprise applications and manage data migration and cleansing processes.
  • Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimization practices.
  • Provide user support and training on CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of CRM solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Solution Architect, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with other platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in CRM development languages and tools.
  • Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.
  • Experience with data management and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Relevant CRM certifications are highly desirable.
