Our client, a well-regarded organisation within Australia's health insurance, is seeking a Lead Solution Architect (CRM/Channels) to support a key transformation program within their home care services division. This is a contract role based in Melbourne, offering flexible hybrid working and a competitive day rate for the right candidate.

We're seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of enterprise CRM and customer channel solutions. You'll define the architecture roadmap, align it to business strategy, and guide delivery teams in creating seamless, omni-channel customer experiences across web, mobile, portals, contact centres, and emerging digital platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Lead architecture strategy for CRM platforms and customer engagement channels.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready solution designs.
  • Oversee integration with enterprise CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to shape solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Provide governance, design assurance, and technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years' solution architecture experience, with strong CRM & omni-channel expertise.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
  • Strong integration, API, and cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • TOGAF and relevant vendor certifications highly regarded.
