Our client, a highly respected organisation in the Private Health Insurance (PHI) sector, is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, integration and governance of technology solutions within this regulated industry.

This pivotal role will ensure PHI platforms deliver seamless customer experiences, comply with all regulatory requirements, and align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end solution architecture for PHI platforms, ensuring full compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations
  • Oversee integration of core PHI systems with CRM and customer facing digital platforms
  • Provide architectural leadership and governance across project lifecycles, from initial concept through successful delivery
  • Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable, practical, and secure technology solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to ensure outcomes meet both business and technical needs
  • Ensure solution designs align with enterprise architecture strategy and evolving industry standards

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in solution architecture within private health insurance or a similarly regulated environment
  • Expertise in system integration (insurance platforms, CRM and digital channels)
  • Strong understanding of PHI compliance requirements
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
  • Experience delivering in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
