Job Title: Enterprise CRM Solutions Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise CRM Solutions Architect to join our expert team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level CRM solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Implement CRM Solutions: Based on business requirements.

  • Integrate and Manage Data: Integrate the CRM with other enterprise applications and manage data migration and cleansing processes.

  • Monitor Performance and Troubleshoot Issues: Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement optimization practices.

  • User Support and Training: Provide user support and training on CRM functionalities and best practices.

  • Collaborate and Manage Projects: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of CRM solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: As a CRM Developer, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Experience with other platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also highly valued.

  • Proficiency in CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).

  • Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.

  • Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Relevant CRM certifications are highly desirable.
