Lead Solution Architect – Channels & CRM

12 Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Melbourne CBD

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of channels and CRM solutions that improve engagement and strengthen customer experiences. In this influential role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure solutions are technically robust, fit for purpose and aligned with organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Define architecture for channels and CRM initiatives across multiple projects
  • Translate business needs into scalable and reliable technical solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure architecture aligns with business objectives and enterprise standards

Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience in CRM solution architecture (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in designing multi-channel customer or member engagement solutions
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority across teams and projects
  • Sound understanding of enterprise architecture principles
