The Role

You will oversee the strategic direction of sales efforts, engage with residents and their families, and guide your team to achieve ambitious occupancy and revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Set clear targets, monitor operations, and optimize sales processes.
  • Data Analysis: Regularly assess sales metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering high performance and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with key teams to ensure sales strategies align with business objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Build partnerships to drive local sales activity, represent Australian Unity with pride.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader with:

  • 7+ years' experience in sales management, including people leadership.
  • Demonstrated understanding of retirement living.
  • Able to track and report on sales activity and outcomes.
  • Proven sales experience in high-trust industries.
  • Strong financial acumen, able to translate data into action.
  • Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.
  • Holder of a current Real Estate License in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of current legislative requirements (sales process and documentation).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
