Director of Strategic Retirement Solutions

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our retirement strategy, shaping the financial futures of our members and setting new benchmarks in member outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage expertise in developing strategies that enhance member outcomes and align with organisational goals.
- Capitalise on market opportunities to drive competitive advantage in a dynamic industry.
- Foster a culture of innovation, leading the development of new retirement products and services that meet evolving member needs.
- Demonstrate exceptional strategic acumen and senior leadership.
- Possess a strong focus on driving strategic growth and innovation.
- Have experience in creating and executing initiatives that improve member engagement and financial well-being.
- A hybrid and flexible work environment.
- 15% superannuation.
- Additional paid leave over Christmas and New Year.
- 18 weeks paid parental leave and 4 weeks secondary carer's leave.
- Access to long service leave at 5 years.
