Reliability and Asset Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Reliability and Asset Management Expert to drive the development, maintenance and implementation of effective asset strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance planning.

About the Role
  • Develop and review asset class strategies across new and existing rolling stock assets to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Analyse failure data to identify areas for improvement and inform capital scoping decisions.
  • Lead the implementation of workflow improvements within Hexagon EAM and champion system integration opportunities.
  • Provide configuration governance to support project delivery and asset readiness.
  • Mentor planners and maintenance staff on effective workflow and system use.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintenance or reliability engineering with at least 3 years experience in a heavy industry environment.

Requirements
  • Strong experience using and configuring CMMS or EAM systems (Hexagon preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working with both engineering and operational teams to influence outcomes.
  • Systems-thinker with excellent communication and documentation skills.
