Strong experience using and configuring CMMS or EAM systems (Hexagon preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement
Comfortable working with both engineering and operational teams to influence outcomes
Systems-thinker with excellent communication and documentation skills
Root cause analysis or investigation training (RCA, ICAM, etc.) desirable
Relevant trade qualification, diploma, or degree
Benefits:
Training and development opportunities
Employee rewards and recognition program
Access to retailer discounts and cashback offers via an employee engagement platform
Confidential support through an Employee Assistance Program
Flexible and collaborative work culture with long-term stability
