Reliability Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact in the reliability and integrity of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure the reliable operation of equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to operations and maintenance teams on asset integrity activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in mobile equipment maintenance within the Australian mining industry.
  • Good understanding of component failure analysis and assessment knowledge.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement at operational levels.
  • Engineering qualifications in the relevant field preferred.
