Job Summary

This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires the application of technical knowledge to ensure the reliability of equipment and processes.

  • We are seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in maintenance planning, supervision, and reliability engineering.
Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving asset reliability using various tools and techniques.

  • Develop and maintain long-term maintenance plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Create justifications and manage projects related to capital expenditures.
  • Lead or support investigations into equipment failures.
  • Coach and mentor teams in reliability practices.
  • Contribute to safety planning and participate in regular meetings with the team.
  • Support planning and budgeting for mobile assets.
Requirements
  • An engineering qualification or relevant trade background.
  • Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet maintenance and CMMS systems.
  • Industry experience.
