We are seeking a skilled Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mobile fleet.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering, with a strong understanding of root cause analysis, RCM, and FMEA.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term maintenance plans aligned with production goals, creating capital justifications and managing projects, and leading or supporting investigations into equipment failures.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also contribute to safety planning and participate in toolbox meetings, while coaching and mentoring teams in reliability practices.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving asset reliability, reducing costs, and extending asset life. You will work closely with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and support capital planning.
Your work will involve using tools like RCM, FMEA, and root cause analysis to improve asset reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
As a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through proactive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Engineering qualification or relevant trade background
- Experience in maintenance planning, supervision, or reliability engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with mobile fleet maintenance and SAP CMMS
