Job Summary

As a Living Room Bar Supervisor at Marriott International, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in the bar area.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage rosters and timesheets to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Support the manager with any additional tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
