At W Hotels, we're looking for a talented Beverage and Food Supervisor to join our team at W Sydney. As a key member of our WET Deck Pool Bar team, you'll be responsible for leading a fun-loving team of individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and display hands-on leadership skills
  • Reiterate and identify training needs to ensure brand standards are met
  • Foster a positive and fun culture to improve team relationships and performance
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure they're performing at their best
  • Ensure the team is working collaboratively to meet and anticipate guest needs
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock requisitions
  • Maintain the upkeep of outdoor WET Deck facilities
