Mini Bar Attendant Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a talented Mini Bar Attendant to craft a unique experience for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the in-room Mini Bar Service, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the in-room Mini Bar Service, refilling and charging according to guest consumption.
  • Ensure the outlet is fully stocked at all times, reporting any discrepancies in stock control.
  • Complete checklists prior to the conclusion of the shift, ensuring all trolleys and store are restocked and cleaned.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menu items, ensuring all service areas and equipment are kept clean and organized.
  • Observe all hygiene, safety, and security procedures, reporting any hazards.
  • Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure awareness of the Mini Bar process, organizing the day accordingly.
  • Communicate with team leaders, supervisors, and managers, completing all assigned duties.
  • Write clear and accurate charge sheets for the Duty Manager/Night Audit.
