About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our regional product initiatives and drive sales activation.

As a Regional Product Lead, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and influencing product development to meet market demands.

  • You will activate opportunities on the named account list through co-pitches and pre-pitch support.
  • Create training content and collateral, and organize training sessions at various levels.
  • Synthesize market-to-product feedback and influence product prioritization for our GCS customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prioritize business requirements to grow within the market.
  2. Activate opportunities via co-pitches, pre-pitch support and develop strategies for successful project execution.
  3. Develop and deliver high-quality training content and materials.
  4. Support events and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  5. Influence product prioritization based on customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to structure compelling storylines and build presentation decks/documents.
  • Leadership skills to manage operational initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and exec-level contexts.
