Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Stock Management professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials from order placement to delivery while maintaining operational excellence at site level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the order process from initial customer contact to payment receipt
  • Tracking pallets and managing inventory and stock supply received from manufacturing plants and external suppliers
  • Implementing the NCR process including data collection regarding damaged/incorrect goods and customer liaison
  • Ensuring site adherence to safety protocols including conducting site inspections and updating/tracking safety data sheets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment
  • Background in logistics, warehousing or inventory management
  • Strong administrative/coordination skills
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
