Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant / Roster Coordinator to join our team at Moran Roxburgh Park home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rostering function, managing the Master Roster and working roster, and handling ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of administrative and customer services to support existing systems and processes.
  • Receive and respond to everyday enquiries from colleagues and customers to provide a timely, courteous, and effective service.
  • Coordinate new employee interviews and on-boarding.
  • Responsible for maintaining the master roster and working roster.
  • Ensure rosters are regularly reviewed to meet key service indicators.
  • End-to-end payroll processing in the absence of the Payroll Officer.
  • Maintain employee documents, enter new staff ID in Fingerscan register, and Rostcare.
  • Collate leave applications and payroll queries.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Roster experience.
  • Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable).
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current influenza vaccination.
  • COVID-19 Vaccinations.
