We're on the hunt for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Repco. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Store Managers to achieve store success and drive business growth
  • Develop and coach our team members to reach their full potential
  • Lead by example, embodying our values of genuine service, safety, and teamwork
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all team members and customers
  • Take ownership of opening and closing store responsibilities
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous supervisory experience or a strong desire to take on a leadership role
  • Proven retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
  • Desirable: mechanical or automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and physical ability to perform the demands of the role
