About the Role

As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all import processes, from documentation to customs clearance. You will work closely with the imports team and report directly to the Imports Manager. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Australian forwarding industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify all documentation is correct and pass on clearance documents to Customs Brokers
  • Track shipments and follow up with relevant sources
  • Lodge sea cargo and monitor shipment status
  • Coordinate delivery and dehire with transport providers
  • Cost and invoice files
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Import FCL/LCL or Airfreight operations role
  • Understanding of end-to-end import processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
  • Tradewindow experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure
