Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and coordinating the creation of marketing materials while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Contributing to the development of impactful campaigns for social media, promotional events, and various marketing communications.
  • Working closely with sales and conference teams to design and promote exclusive offers, packages, and events.
  • Generating engaging content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional collateral.
  • Organizing and participating in promotional events and activities aimed at boosting brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Exhibiting creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, including proficiency in photography for in-house content creation.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Contributing to the development of a robust promotional calendar that aligns with business objectives and activities.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in marketing and the hospitality industry.
