Digital Landcare Platform Developer

About the Role
Landcare NSW is seeking a highly skilled Digital Landcare Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital landcare platform to improve reporting processes, promotion, and knowledge sharing for the Landcare Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a design and implementation plan to deliver a digital landcare platform.
- Engage with Landcare NSW, LLS, coordinators, and hosts to design and test effective systems/platforms.
- Brief and manage external agencies to create and deliver required systems.
- Manage the rollout of new digital landcare systems, including communication and training plans.
- Undertake daily system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implement operational procedures and ensure tasks are performed reliably.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of industry experience in managing and delivering IT programs and systems.
- Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and risk management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience.
