Nrmjo Environmental jobs, NRM is the peak body of community-led conservation and natural resource management in NSW. With a strong network of Landcare Groups and volunteers, we support local communities by providing resources and representation.

The NSW Government-funded NSW Landcare Program aims to equitably deliver support and resources that empower Landcare volunteers, leading to the achievement of landscape, community, and industry goals.

We partner with over 50 organisations, including hosts who collectively employ approximately 100 staff, facilitating support to local and regional volunteers. Our member groups contribute to the employment of 30,000 people, generating total revenues from grants of more than $30m p.a.

Salary

$85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Landcare Systems Manager to develop and implement a digital platform to improve reporting processes, promotion, and knowledge sharing for the Landcare Program.

You will engage with stakeholders to design and test effective systems, manage external agencies, and rollout new digital systems. You will also monitor and troubleshoot systems, ensuring integrity, availability, and backup.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum five years of industry experience in managing IT programs and systems.
  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Proven project management skills using best practice software and methodology.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience and ability to analyse processes.
