About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stakeholder Engagement Officer to join our team at Landcare NSW. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our IT platforms and software to facilitate effective communication between Landcare NSW, the NSW Landcare Program team, and the general Landcare community in NSW.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of event and marketing/communications principles. They will also have a very good understanding and affinity for new and social media promotions, as well as the ability to learn online systems and project management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRM platform (Salesforce) to support the objectives and activities of Landcare NSW.
  • Configure and manage the CRM platform to ensure that only relevant data is maintained.
  • Manage all security aspects of Salesforce.
  • Set up, train, and manage users of the CRM platform.
  • Customize the CRM platform to meet the needs of users.
  • Automate data collection and remove manual processes.
  • Develop and design reports and dashboards with stakeholders.
  • Provide reports as required for PMs, OM, and CEO.

Requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent understanding of event and marketing/communications principles.
  • Very good understanding and affinity for new and social media promotions.
  • Ability to learn online systems and project management software.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Previous experience in an advertising/media/marketing agency.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
