Role Overview

The Ministry of Health is seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Executive Director, Healthcare Intelligence and Support. This position will play a critical role in driving the organization's commitment to evidence-based healthcare, strategic system transformation, and rigorous evaluation of healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Strategic Initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies that advance patient-centered care and evidence-based practices across the healthcare system.
  1. Transform Healthcare Systems
  • Lead the transformation of the healthcare system through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  1. Drive Collaboration and Empowerment
  • Drive collaboration and empowerment within a highly specialized team to achieve organizational goals.
  1. Ensure Evidence-Based Practices
  • Ensure that evidence-based healthcare practices are integrated into healthcare delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Doctoral Degree
  • Doctoral degree in health systems research, clinical transformation, or a related field.
  1. Healthcare Leadership Experience
  • Extensive experience in healthcare leadership roles with a specific focus on evidence-based practices, system transformation, and program evaluation.
  1. Healthcare Knowledge and Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, quality improvement methodologies, and data analysis.
  1. Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  1. Strategic Thinking and Change Management
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  1. Commitment to Patient-Centered Care
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and program evaluation.
