About the Role:

Fyndr Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Director to lead our Enterprise Strategy and Change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and delivering strategic programs that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical specialists and change management personnel to introduce improvements to technology, process, and people capabilities while maintaining high levels of security and availability.
  • Manage internal and external relationships, communicating and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to successfully deliver change.
  • Implement the approved Workspace Collaboration Strategy and improve security while integrating the solution with the ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate experience and lead the development and implementation of operating model changes required to support the introduction of system, process, and structure changes.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, and professional service providers to ensure delivery to agreed objectives, program benefits, compliance, and value for money.
  • Identify and respond to issues, risks, and opportunities, supporting the team to deliver agreed program outcomes.
  • Lead, guide, and develop individuals and teams to effectively achieve area outcomes agreed by key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to capability uplift and continuous improvements to the Bank's processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with Agile methodologies and advanced understanding of modern infrastructure solutions in financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale Obsolescence programs and rolling out new platforms such as Microsoft 365, Service Now, etc.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
