Senior Program Manager - Transformation and Innovation

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the successful execution of key strategic 360 programs and shape the future direction of the 360 program office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for the delivery of projects at any one time.
  • Foster strong relationships with leaders across various functions, effectively communicating program delivery plans and performance updates.
  • Build the capability of the team, ensuring we meet our safety, quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust program delivery governance and processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of program and people leadership experience focusing on transformation, innovation, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading leaders, building and developing capabilities at all levels within the team.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to work across stakeholder groups in a large-scale environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or professional/industry accreditation and/or relevant industry experience.
