Front Office Lead

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and excellent leadership skills to drive exceptional customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Guest Welcome Experience: Providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
- Team Leadership: Guiding and supporting the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maintain high operational standards.
- Communication: Maintaining professional and open communication with guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Task Management: Ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including maintaining accurate guest accounts and assisting with daily reporting.
- Team Rostering: Effectively managing the Front Office team roster to meet business needs and budgets.
- Guest Complaints: Responding to and resolving guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Support: Providing support to the Hotel Manager with recruitment and other operational tasks.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2+ years experience at a supervisor level within a hotel environment.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Understanding of trust accounting.
- A passion for delivering exceptional, proactive customer service.
