Key Responsibilities- Initial client contact and fact-finding to determine the feasibility of a case
- Triage of potential personal injury claims
- Organizing new client packs, including cost agreements and authorities online
- General office administration and assisting with business improvement projects
- Minimum 12 months of experience working as a legal assistant, secretary, or paralegal in a personal injury law firm or insurance company
- Proven outstanding customer service skills, with a warm and friendly professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in personal injury law and a desire to progress your career with a leading law firm
