New Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Officer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial fact-finding and triage potential personal injury claims
  • Organize new client packs, including cost agreements and authorities online
  • Assist with business improvement projects and general office administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal in a personal injury law firm and/or an insurance company
  • A real 'people' person with proven outstanding high customer-service skills, patient, and empathetic
  • A warm and friendly professional phone manner and high attention to detail
  • Thrives in a busy, vibrant, and fast-paced environment
