## Job Title: New Client Liaison Officer

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Client Liaison Officer to join our team at AFL Recruitment. As a key member of our New Client Enquiries team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new incoming personal injury clients, assessing their enquiries, and allocating them to the best-suited solicitor.

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide initial fact-finding and technical assessment of client enquiries based on legal principles
* Attend to initial client queries and determine which solicitor is best suited to help them
* Allocate solicitors to clients and arrange client-solicitor meetings
* Support paralegals and lawyers with administration and filing tasks as needed

## Requirements

* Minimum 12 months of experience working in a personal injury law firm or customer service role
* Full-time commitment to Mondays-Fridays, 8.30am-5.30pm
* Excellent customer service skills, patience, and empathy
* Strong attention to detail and professional phone manner
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
