Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies, designing and delivering induction and training programs, assessing development needs and tracking learning effectiveness.

This includes providing oversight of departmental materials and resources to ensure they reflect current legislation and policy, as well as supporting succession planning for the office.

Additionally, the role involves providing specialist advice on law reform and legal policy to the Director when required.
