**Career Opportunity for Learning Professional**

We're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. This is a continuing, full-time position available.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting staff development initiatives and building capability across the institution. You'll work as part of a team that takes a modern approach to learning and development - moving beyond traditional training delivery to create meaningful learning experiences that support both individual growth and organisational performance.

**Your Responsibilities**

You will:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand real performance challenges and design learning solutions that drive measurable behavioural change and mission advancement.
  • Create cross-functional learning experiences that break down silos and build collaborative intelligence to address complex institutional challenges.
  • Engage with end-users as partners in identifying root causes and developing learning solutions, recognising that those closest to the work often have the best insights.
  • Design and deliver learning through various formats including face-to-face workshops, online modules, blended programs, and coaching conversations.

**Requirements**

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in performance consulting or learning design that goes beyond traditional training delivery
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning science
  • Experience designing and developing online and blended learning programs that drive behavioural change
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and facilitate co-design processes
  • Excellent written communication skills for developing learning resources, project plans, reports, and web content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
