Learning Initiatives Specialist

We are seeking a Learning Initiatives Specialist to contribute to delivering impactful learning experiences and drive professional growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to create engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives.
  • Develop flexible learning solutions catering to diverse needs, leveraging instructional design models and current trends in digital technologies.
  • Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify skill/knowledge gaps and requirements.
  • Prepare compelling learning briefs, presentations, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Capture, analyse, and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation purposes.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in instructional design, eLearning, or digital learning is desired.
  • Expertise in adult workplace learning theories, instructional design models, and proven experience in developing learning experiences and resources.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, including the development of learning programs and effective communication.
  • High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a welcoming workplace culture.
