Role Significance:The Logistics & Supply Chain Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive management of our supply chain initiatives related to cervical cancer projects in the Pacific region. This position demands a commitment to continuous enhancement and the formulation of strategies to optimize our supply chain processes. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including service providers, suppliers, and project coordinators, necessitating strong communication skills and relationship-building capabilities to achieve successful outcomes. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager and does not have direct reports.
Candidate Profile:- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and simplifying complex information.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications combined with extensive experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive supply chains across multiple projects and regions, including procurement and supplier relations.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly in the development and evaluation of supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address supply chain challenges effectively.
- Experience in the health sector or with diverse communities, particularly in the Asia and Pacific regions, is highly desirable.
- Advanced written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and supply chain modeling.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
