Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary relationship contact, guiding clients across the lending lifecycle and broader banking needs.
  • Maintain compliance and credit quality, proactively managing portfolio risks.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial lending, business banking, or portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, structure, and write commercial credit deals.
  • Strong relationship skills with both brokers and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including credit submission experience.
  • A commercial mindset with a balanced approach to risk and opportunity.
