Requirements
- Proven experience working within the commercial lending property sector is essential, along with strong credit analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Detailed knowledge of the financial services industry regulatory and compliance landscape, balanced with sales and client service experience, is also required.
- Demonstrable knowledge of commercial lending practices and credit risk policies is necessary.
- Relationship management skills, with an eye for sales and product enhancement, are highly valued.
- Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and convey findings to key stakeholders is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong Excel and Power BI skills, are desirable.
