Workforce Innovator Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to shape Australia's future workforce capability. In this role, you will design and build the future workforce by creating blueprints for skill development, constructing learning pathways, and reimagining what's possible.

About the Role
  • You'll oversee Technical Advisory Groups and ensure products are informed by strong industry insight and lived experience.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure capability solutions are evidence-based, inclusive, and designed for impact.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in vocational education and training, higher education, workforce development, or skills policy at a senior level.
  • Deep VET sector expertise and a track record in training product development or qualifications/systems reform.
  • Strategic insight into workforce development, policy, and sector-wide reform.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and co-design.
  • A track record in designing or delivering scalable workforce programs and pathways.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in complex, regulated environments.
